In the NSVEnc Configuration Menu,

 

Deinterlace Video: Unchecked

Dinterlacing is a method of converting TV Video back into Computer compliant video.  Most TV capture cards already interlace TV video signals .

 

High Quality Deinterlace: Unchecked

This option enables/disables higher quality Deinterlace

 

Cropping: All Fields 0

Unless you plan to cut out specific portions of the TV signal, no cropping is necessary.

 

Resizing:

Resize To: Checked, 320 X 240

High Quality Resize: Unchecked

The size of the picture directly affects picture quality in the video stream.  The higher the resolution, the higher resulting picture quality during playback.  320X240 resolution is optimal for most people.  If you were to go higher, you need a very fast internet connection.  Also please note, it’s best to keep the resolution at a 4:3 aspect ratio.

 

Audio Processing

Resample Audio to:

44100Hz/Stereo

Most sound cards already process auto in native 44100Hz/Stereo format and there’s no need to convert it to another format.

 

Volume Multiplier 1.0000

If you can raise or lower the volume level with this setting.

 

Audio Video Sync: 0 ms

Sometimes the audio is not sync with the video stream.  You can readjust the timings through this setting
